MA and MAEP Career Success

We are committed to your success!

In McMaster’s Department of Economics, you will have a team dedicated to your success as a student in the Master of Arts or Master of Arts in Economic Policy. Led by the department’s chair of graduate studies, you’ll receive career preparation, workplace advise, and professional mentorship while you hone your economics acumen and determine how best to use your skills in the workplace.

Whether you dream of a career in academia or on Bay Street, our faculty have connections across the employment spectrum and can help connect you with the people and opportunities that will position you for success after graduation. The practical skills, relevant theoretical knowledge, and industry connections you will collect during your studies will have a lasting impact on your future and career.
