Career Pathways

With the support of our Graduate Placement Officer, our students find success in their field of choice in both the private and public sector.

Our graduating MA and MAEP classes enjoy tremendous employment success. Among the candidates that reported their initial placements after graduation, in previous years majority of our graduates were employed in Canadian government branches, while the remaining were pursuing doctoral studies at esteemed institutions: Queens University, the Paris School of Economics, and McMaster University.

A Pathway to PhD Success

Our Master of Arts (MA) provide excellent preparatory training for doctoral studies in economics or related fields. In addition to our students career success, many of our graduates continue their academic journey, perusing a PhD in Economics.
